The Suburban Wilderness IV

this is the fourth in a series of my adventures in the wilds of the suburban environment. now, im not a city slicker, i like nature and getting away from the city to go north, so this series is based on people who are so accustomed to city life that they truly think that these manufactured parks are a representation of nature.

this photo is of some people in the middle of a frozen, man-made lake. what are they doing you ask?

ice fishing.

thats right. these fine specimens of stupidity are ice fishing in the midlle of a lake made of concrete. a lake that is the centre of the suburbs. a lake that is a repository for storm drains everywhere. and these people are fishing in it.

this is the crowning example of people having no idea of what nature really is. i doubt there was even one fish in that poor excuse for a lake.
